About Peppina’s
Peppina’s, established in 2023 by childhood best friends James and Armand, seeks to deliver the best pizzas to Sydney.
Head Chef James spent five years training and working in Italy, with the goal of bringing back the culture, traditions, and flavors he experienced. Since returning to Australia in 2018, James has been part of some of the country’s leading hospitality groups.
Inspired by his Nonna Peppina’s cooking, James incorporates her traditions into every dish.
In 2024, Peppina’s was listed among the “10 Must-Try New Suburban Pizzerias” by Good Food – Sydney Morning Herald
